Welcome to Glowline (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.


1. Services Provided

Glowline specializes in professional Christmas light installation, removal, and optional storage services for residential and commercial properties. Specific service offerings, pricing, and timelines may vary based on location, property type, and customer preferences.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes and estimates are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the scope of work discussed and may be subject to change if additional services or materials are required.


3. Payments & Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the installation.
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods listed on our booking page.

Failure to complete payment may result in removal of installed materials and/or additional late fees.


4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Once installation has begun, refunds are not available.


5. Installation & Property Access

By scheduling service, you authorize our team and subcontractors to access the property to complete installation, maintenance, and removal.
We take care to avoid damage; however, Glowline is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, faulty roofing or siding materials, or structural weaknesses.


6. Equipment Ownership

All lighting and materials provided by Glowline remain the property of Glowline unless explicitly purchased by the customer.
Unauthorized removal or modification of Glowline’s equipment is prohibited.


7. Removal & Storage

Standard light removal is typically scheduled for January, unless otherwise agreed.
If you opt into our storage plan, we will safely store your lights until the next season. Failure to renew may result in disposal after 90 days.


8. Weather & Safety Delays

Installations and removals may be postponed due to weather or safety concerns. We will reschedule at the earliest available opportunity. Glowline is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.


9. Warranty & Maintenance

Glowline offers a seasonal warranty on professional installations. If lights fail due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace them at no cost within the active season.
Damage caused by pets, weather, or tampering is not covered under warranty.


10. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glowline and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, installation, or website access.


11. Photos & Marketing Use

By using our services, you grant Glowline permission to photograph or video your property’s light display for marketing purposes (website, social media, ads, etc.) unless you request in writing not to do so.


12. Privacy

Any personal information you share is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.


13. Changes to Terms

Glowline reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
